Rates
The Miller’s House is open year round as a short term rental. Our rates are:
• $350 a night plus 9% VT tax. There is a 2 night minimum.
• Weekly rental (7 days) $1,800.
• Monthly rental $5,000.
Payment is due upon arrival.
Please contact us for longer stays or to talk about optional services including:
• Stocked groceries (we will need a detailed list) Fee $75.
• Large Christmas tree decorated $100.
• Daily maid service. Fee $50.
• Maid service every two days. Fee $75.
• Maid service once a week. Fee $100.
Breakfast at the Grist Mill House. $10 per person. Reservations a must.
